Porn star Devon James, a former mistress of Tiger Wood’s, has filed a paternity action against him in which she alleges that he is the father of her nine-year-old son.

The former prostitute filed the papers at Manatee County, Florida.

In terms thereof James is reported to be asking a judge to determine the paternity of Austin T Brinling. This after allegedly filing the action under her legal name, Melinda Jannette.

According to documents attached to the petition and obtained by TMZ, the legal action is designed to "establish paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, and/or child support of a minor child or children." The document goes on: "This means that you are trying to legally establish who is the father of the child."

James has just recently disclosed that Tiger Woods is the father of her child although she had been selling their affair story for quite some time without mentioning it.

James' mother, who currently has custody of the boy, claims that it is all a lie and that a DNA test was performed in 2002 and showed that another man was the father.

James does not believe her mother really has any DNA results and her representative told TMZ that she wants to force Tiger to submit to DNA testing.

James says she'd like Tiger to become part of her son's life. She claims the baby was conceived while she was still attending Catholic school in Florida when Woods was still single and unmarried.
