Tiger Woods has finally come out from the bushes he was hiding behind and owned up to his infidelity.

He broke his silence in a post on his website saying he was very sorry for his infidelity and asking his fans and the media to please respect his privacy and his family.

He also announced an indefinite break from professional golf on the same post.

Tiger Woods is currently staying in seclusion at his Florida mansion which he shares with his wife Elin Nordegren and their two children, Sam Alexis Woods and Charlie Axel Woods.

However, a new report has revealed that the family is planning on moving out and heading for Elin’s native Sweden to escape media scrutiny.

Following Tiger’s confession, Playgirl has turned down the alleged nude pictures of Woods reportedly taken by him by camera phone. Their reasons being that the photos were impossible to 100 percent verify.

In other news Tiger Woods has lost several deals with sponsors. Gillette and At&T were two of the giant companies which cut ties with the athlete.

Bosses at Proctor & Gamble, which owns Gillette revealed, "As Tiger takes a break from the public eye, we will support his desire for privacy by limiting his role in our marketing programs." As for At&T, the company stated, "We support Tiger's decision and our thoughts will be with him and his family.

We are presently evaluating our ongoing relationship with him."

Most recently, Accenture, a international consulting and outsourcing firm, is also ending their relationship with Woods, stating that after careful consideration, they have decided that Tiger is no longer the right representative for its advertising. They do wish him the best however.

Times are tough for Mr. Woods, I did warn him when I first crowned him a ‘kiepie of the moment’ though, I wrote “Do not go the Joost van der Westhuizen Route”.
I hope others learn from this.

If you know you did it, just fess up!
Delay makes the consequences worse.

Interesting point Lyndall.

I think the world's sympathy would definately lie with Erin.
Please post your comment as a forum topic, It would be interesting to see what others think.

Erin seems to have benefitted by a big reconciliation present - the beach house manion on the eclusive Scandinavian island is to be hers.

One male caller to SAFM raised the question that if Tiger Woods had violently attacked his wife with a club and hit out some teeth where would the sympathy be? Interesting question.
